Problem: Unable to add Minterlist bot to the Discord server

Solution: Check permissions, ensure the correct Discord account is logged in, and contact support via our discord for assistance.

Problem: The bot isn't posting the new raffles that have been created.

Solution: Manually post the raffle with /project-embed command, using the URL slug found on the edit project page. Check the error response. If you are still facing issues please open a ticket in our discord for assistance.

Problem: Error when creating embed. Do I have enough permissions to create embed messages?

Solution: The discord bot doesn't have the embed messages permission. Please check that the discord bot has permission to embed links and ensure that this isn't being blocked by the channel or the role.
